Do you want to learn all the techniques and secrets of stone setting? Do you want to discover how the stones are fixed to the jewellery using precious metals and no glues? This is the course for you. A professional course with compulsory booking held twice a year. We supervise a maximum of five students in every course to guarantee an excellent didactic quality. Some of the tools are given by the School, others are bought by the students and remain theirs at the end of the course (estimated around € 70).
Period: First course from the second half of September to the first half of February; Second course from the second half of February to the first half of June.

Reservation: a non refundable advance payment of € 200 is compulsory
Program: bazel making for the various setting techniques, tool making for the various setting procedures: scorpers and sticks (grinding and sharpening), sitting setting on a shellac stick. Strip setting, pave' setting, moustaches embedding, griff adjusting and setting of stones, hammered adjusting and setting of round, oval and octagonal stones. |
